networking - iOS, testFlight, app can't connect to the Internet -

i installed testflight, added app itunes connect, , downloaded using testflight. test app can't connect internet. if upload app through cable - internet works.

had same issue rebuilt phone , did not connect internet either.

seems issue app transport security, new in ios9
